SANTA CRUZ, CALIFORNIA, OCTOBER 14, 2002 -- Copernican
Technologies, Inc. today released a new version of their highly innovative Macintosh application, Boswell 3.0.
Boswell flexibly archives, organizes, manipulates, and retrieves an individual's personal text: e-mail, web clippings, research, class
notes, and their own writings among others. When they are "Boswellized" they become items that can be automatically cross referenced among thousands of categories, grouped, sorted, and searched in very
powerful ways. Boswell is like hiring a professional librarian to manage an archive of all your personal information, but one that works with the efficiency of a computer.
Boswell 3.0 is now more powerful and easier to use. Boswell has a revised user interface and simplified terminology. This release runs under
System 8 and System 9. It is the final milestone prior to the code conversion to OS X native mode. OS X users can still run Boswell in Classic mode.
Purchasers of Boswell 3.0 will be entitled to a free upgrade to the Mac OS X version of Boswell. Boswell 3.0 is available for the pre OS X
price of $49.95. That is $50 off the regular price of $99.95 for the forthcoming Mac OS X version.
